I got this book bag a few months ago it worked fine until yesterday when one of the straps broke. I contacted customer service and got an email back quickly asking to send pictures of the bag and they are now sending me a new one! I’m so glad everything is getting fixed because I really liked this bag! It worked well with my books and is pretty comfortable even when I have a bag full of books They’re also sending me the correct color this time because the last time they sent me the darker grey instead of the light!!The plastic clips that adjust the straps in back broke on the second time using it. The other side broke on 5th time using it.The backpack is great and I am so disappointed in the cheap plastic clips breaking. It would have been a good bag otherwise.***Update*** The seller contacted e immediately to explain the quality issue has been addressed with manufacturer and sent a new bag (with a tracking number for package) as a replacement to the one I had issues with. Great customer service and identifying quality issues makes this seller a 4 star.I am a full time university student and have had the same backpack for over 8 years. I was looking for a new, simple, reasonably priced, backpack for this coming year when I came across this one. It arrived quickly and in great condition. Like most people here I did have some issues with it within the first month and a half. Within that time, both strap buckles broke, with one of them shattering to the point the strap was useless. Upon emailing the company they were wonderful to work with, replacing the bag and just being really nice. I'm glad I got the new bag as it works perfect for my schooling, with the size and pockets fitting everything perfectly. So while the first bag had some issues, the company was great to work with and they were resolved.This was great for its purpose. Needed a sleek, waterproof, and not too big backpack as a carryon and purse for an Iceland trip. It didn't feel like it was great quality and not sure how long it will last (and maybe that is because of the waterproof material), but it totally served its purpose on the trip and was comfortable. Lots of pockets etc. Didn't need or use the charging function.The backpack had all the pockets described but came with a lavender scented packet tucked inside the backpack. It smelled so badly it made my eyes water and burn. We removed it quickly, but the bag still smells horrible. Not only is the smell unbearable but my child who I bought this for is allergic to lavender so she can't use it at all.The scent packet was not mentioned anywhere in the descriptions on the listing for the bag. I didn't think to ask about it as I have never heard of anyone selling scented backpacks ever before. I have bought many backpacks over the years as a mom of 4 but this is a first. Had we known it was smelly, we would not have purchased this. In speaking with Amazon, they said the manufacturer puts the stink packets in the bags. I won't be buying any bags from this company again.If you have allergies, chemical sensitivities, are sensitive to any fragrances, floral scents, have environmental allergies, are prone to migraines or just prefer your backpack to not have a floral odor, skip this backpack. Even once you remove the scent packet, the smell is still very strong and makes wearing it with out becoming ill impossible and unsafe.i purchased one a year or two ago for my niece. She uses it for school and really likes it. I would have given 5 stars but it started to come apart after a lot of use and heavy cargo. However she loves it so i ordered a second one for xmas. She’s pleased.Like the backpack. Has a good amount of pockets on inside and outside. Holds everything I need it to hold and seems pretty sturdy so far. The only things I'm not too fond of are the zippers. They get stuck when trying zip or unzip the pockets. I'm hoping that the more I use them they will loosen up a bit. Overall a great backpack!I love the bag itself but I purchased it for the charging capabilities which never worked
