These work great. I mostly do social rides so I load them with ice, beer and mixers for moscow mules. They don't cinch down, i.e. have a strap to pull them tight to the bottom of the rack, but do have velcro to keep them securely attached to side of rack. The one complaint I have is that they are longer (toward the ground when on the bike) than normal panniers. This caused a problem for me because I have a Ibera PakRak Bicycle Touring Carrier Plus+ IB-RA4 rack. It has an attachment bolt that, when securely fastened, stands proud of the rack face. It rubbed a hole in the outer covering of these coolers the first time I rode. I've since covered it with duct tape, but I don't think these coolers are long for this world on my rack. That said, they are the best I could find and I'm gonna ride them till they die.Works very well keeping items cold and/or dry. I use it for my computer and clothes all the time and never worry about rain. Holds a ton of groceries. My only complaint is that its "squareness" or lack of taper at the bottom makes my heels hit it every pedal stroke. I tried mounting further back on my rack, but then the velcro fasteners don't quite hold it securely enough. All that said, I think it's a bargain and it does the job.Nicely made, would have like more robust attachment system rather than velcro. They have a rack you can buy which will probably help that, but I already had a rack I didn't want to replace. I would also want more stiffness to the walls, as any extra lights you add on the rear will sag badly, essentially pointing to the ground, and the bottle opener is hard to use because it is attached to the flimsy walls. Blackburn has made good products for a long time, and all in all from the choices I researched, I am glad I purchased this one, but I would keep researching if I had to do it again.Look great and work great! I through in an ice pack and do my grocery shopping with these bags and when I get home 30 min later in an 86F heat the milk is still cold and the fish is still fresh. They hold a lot of groceries too!I had no problems installing them on a standard back rack and I don't take them off unless I absolutely have to. I highly recommend these panniers.So I ride often with my friend and we all enjoy adult beverages. These bags keep my “adult sodas” cold and secure. The bottle opener attached is quite the handy addition as well. I love this product and would recommend to anyone.Excellent pannier for the money. Fits my Terratrike Rambler perfectly
